Bittersweet morning....

I just ordered my OPKs and preseed and re-upped my FF VIP membership. I can't believe I'm back in the TTC trenches. I'm excited/anxious to try again and get a healthy, sticky bean this time, but it just sucks.

I HATED ttc. DH & I have opposite work schedules so timing sex was very very difficult for us and we both hated it (pre-ttc, we really ONLY had sex on the weekends b/c it's the only convenient time for us).  My ovulation day is never the same, so it's always a wild goose chase to catch it. And I HATE using OPKs. I find it annoying to not pee or drink water for 3 hours in the MIDDLE of the day.

Whining over.

I can totally sympathize with the different work schedules.  DH and I also have different work schedules and we have to decide if we want to BD very early in the morning, or find a way to see each other in the evening, if I don't have any emergencies.  What saved us this cycle, I hope, is that we're staying in a hotel for 5 nights (one more night to go) for the holidays.

papetvet: we end up usually setting the alarm for like 4/430 AM to have sex. It's 30 minutes before I get up for work. SUCKS.
