Pumping ? (to increase supply)

So my LC told me and I have also heard many ppl say that pumping after your LO BF's is suppose to help increase your supply... but my question is..after my DD eats she drains my boob and when I pump nothing comes out...so do I continue to pump or what??? TIA!

keep pumping, even if nothing comes out it will stimulate you to produce more milk
