? about overfeeding babies

I've heard that breastfed babies can't be overfed.  What is the difference between breastfeeding and bottle feeding that you can overfeed?  Or is it the person giving the bottle and not the baby?  When DS stops eating in the middle of the bottle I take it away, isn't that the same way it would work at the breast?

bottles can be consumed easier therefore quicker so babies dont register that they're full so they can overeat.
