Target brand test

Hello - Yesterday, I took a Target brand test and got a faint blue line. This morning, I took the other one I had in the pack and got a VERY faint blue line. I decided to test this afternoon (after drinking a large water) with a 'First Response' and got a negative. I am about 13 dpo. I read on-line that Target tests may give false positives. Any experiences? We plan to test in a few days but of course, we are excited and really wish we knew what to think. TIA!

    Blue dye tests do have kind of a bad reputation, especially with faint lines and/or reading the test after the time given in the instructions.  Get another First Response test for when you decide to test again.  Good luck!

    Why the hell would you test after drinking a huge glass of water? in the afternoon???  I would recommend reading directions.  It will get you far in life.

    Yes, I know. I am more posting to see if people had problems with the Target tests. I am not going to consider the first response test and test in a couple days with the first response (in the morning of course).

    def use FMU and use a digital with the words positive/negative or pregnant/not pregnant.  then there are no lines to read.

    I used a Walmart blue dye test a few months back and got a faint line and it was a false positive.

    Defintely use FMU in a few days if AF doesn't show. GL!

    I used them last month and got a faint positive but turned out to be false! They are terrible!

    Me too! Of course I just bought a pack of 3 from Target, but I still have one digital left, which I guess I'll take in a few days if AF doesn't show.  This is my 2nd cycle TTC, and I'm on CD49!!! (not charting)
