Charting/FF question

I am new to charting/FF...

Got AF last night and am on to cycle #2, do I record yesterday as the first day and use that temp (97.78), it was about 10:30 p.m. or do I start today? (96.63)

    I would start today as CD1.  Usually it is said that red flow before noon (or some say before 4pm) counts as CD1.

    If the red flow started last night mark it as the first day.  My temp doesn't usually drop until the second day either.  GL this cycle.

    Baby B's heart stop beating at 9 weeks 5 days
    Our little miracle baby is a boy. :)

    Baby Boy Owen and Baby Girl Avery were born too early on Feb. 13, 2011 due to a pedunculated fibroid, incompetent cervix and suspected placental abruption.
