I don't know what this is? I've read a few posts about what the process is, but what is the point? TIA

    I think it's to increase your milk supply.  I'm going to try it out.

    interesting.  I have just been pumping every morning after my 1st feeding.  This way, I have a little stash.  But, if I miss one day, I get a lot less the next day.  I thought about maybe pumping at night because sometimes he fusses when there is not enough at night.

     

    How long do people power pump? Daily, or just every once and a while??  TIA
