If you are BFing it's the mini pill...and you have to take it at the same time every day.  If not your chances of becoming pregnant really go up. 

If you aren't, it's probably the regular pill.  If you've only missed 1 pill yesterday, then take yesterday's and today's together and you're chances of getting pregnant are not increased...If you miss 2 days in a row you have to use a back-up form of BC.
