My baby is congested :(

What can I do to help him out?? There is no visible snot in his nose, so I don't think the "booger sucker" will work. Is there anything I can give him to help clear him up?

Poor little guy is sleeping, but he sounds like a little piggy the way he is breathing through the congestion

We're running the humidifier and using saline nose spray; helps to moisturize the nasal passages and bring down swelling which can cause the congestion.  Spraying it up can also make them sneeze and help loosen any mucus.   Good luck - DS's congestion was definitely worse while laying down and sleeping than when he was up and awake.

I am dealing with the same thing. ?Poor little guy! ?I am running a cool mist humidifier ?and saline drops in the nose (nothing says fun like putting drops in a babys nose then suctioning them out!) ?He seems to be worse in the morning.

I do also have him sleeping in his bouncer chair thingy..he sits more upright and doesn't wake up coughing and frantic like he did in his bed.
