Is it across boards? I had the impression it was only the 12-24 board that would be silent for an hour.

I doubt I'll be on at that time anyway.

I just want to point out something that may be viewed as inappropriate, but I hope it can be read as a statement of fact and not opinion here.  There have been a lot of losses of varying "degree" on these boards, many of which on BOTB and it's a very sad and tragic thing.  I myself have had 2 m/c and I know a million other people on here have suffered losses, TW, mrsmacias, mrsshrek, the list goes on.  Siggies weren't removed and moments of silences weren't had.  I think the sense of normalcy on BOTB helped me get through my loss and could imagine it helped others, too (though I am not sure).  I don't know, I just am having a hard time understanding the whole thing.  We all grieve in different ways and being told to do something to grieve is just hard for me to deal with.  I totally understand and support that others want to participate and thing that is wonderful.  I just don't feel like others should be reprimanded or looked down upon for having personal feelings and other means for grieving the situation, which is definitely a tragic, awful, terrible, devastating thing.  Just my rambings after midnight, please do excuse me...

I dare someone to "yell" at me for posting in the hour of silence.  I don't know this chick and when it's all said and done- yea it's sad but hello, people die everyday.  Tragedies occur on a regular basis.

interesting.  didn't know there was a Bada one.  Her and I started TTC the same month (and ended up with babies 2 days apart).
