i just read your post on 6-12 and saw that you got no help with your problem. i suggest using some oxi clean on it. you may have to do it a few times, but it should get most (hopefully all!) of it out.

Thanks - I'll try that!  I emailed the company to complain and am waiting for their reply before I try anything.  I asked for a new vinyl cover.  I'll see what they say and might post a PSA on 2nd/3rd Tri. 

I never would have thought that the same chair would have completely different covers.  So stupid.
