stupid question

ok I have a stupid question.  I stuck left my pecan pie sitting out for 4 hours last night and before bed stuck it in the fridge.  The trash was full so I just stuck it in the fridge uncovered but now I really want some.  Its been sitting in my fridge uncovered since 12am..do you think its still good or not?

The edges of the pie might be a little crunchy but it should be fine. As bad as it sounds, I hardly refrigerate pies unless it's something like cheese cake or pumpkin pie. I say taste it. If it taste funky at all, throw it out. If not, you're good.

I would eat it. It doesn't "go bad" it might be a tad stale, but just heat it for a few seconds in the mircrowave.

I think it is fine. Might want to heat it up for a few seconds.

thanks girls.  I ate it.  I heated it up for 30 seconds and it was yummy!  Sure wish I had ice cream though lol

Me too.  And I don't refrigerate a pie unless it's a cream pie.  My grandma never did and she was the ultimate pie maker.
