is it possible to make photo albums completely private so that only your friends can see your pictures?  Right now it seems that if a friend comments on my pictures, that persons friends can then see all of my pictures even though they aren't my friends...I'd really like to avoid this!

Yup, go to "edit photos," then the "edit info" tab... there's a place on the bottom where you can change privacy to "only friends"

Hmmm...I have it set to that already, but I know for sure that someone that I don't want is accessing my pics via a friends profile....
