My Pie and Piecrust turned out great!!

Well, I think it did and I'm the only one to try it out so far.

The pie crust was easier to make than I thought it would be. I had a little troube rolling it out and putting it in the dish ... but I've never done that before.

For the pumpkin pie, I did not have some of the spices but I had pumpkin pie spice Hershey's and I melted them down and mixed them in.

OMG... one of the best pumpkin pies I've had...

Well thank you for that post.  You made that sound so yummy that the pumpkin pie I've avoided all day just shouted out to me.  My dh is getting me a piece now. Hey but pumpkin has a lot of fiber right? eh. 

But seriously, that is great that you even made it and it was really good.  I'm amazed at all the cooks on here.  Happy Thanksgiving.  Oh, dh is here with my pie

Yeah... as my DH says, "Pumpkin is good for the poops." Very healthy... especially with the Hershey's!

 I am a good cook... but not a good baker.. but I am willing to get better. It is easier to cook now with DD a little older and having her "help". I was really proud of myself!
