This is too much food for 3 people.  I'm not even entirely sure I have space in my refrigerator for the leftovers.  Just for perspective, the farthest thing away from where my sister took the picture (you can see my DH dishing his out) is the mac & cheese.  It's in a sheet cake pan.

My mom says I'm hosting thanksgiving next year.  I'm pretty positive I could handle it after I cooked all of this today.

Happy Thanksgiving everybody.  I hope if you're reading this you're miserably full with delicious food.

Yep, luckily the turkey thawed completely last night so I was able to season and stick it in the crock pot insert so that I just had to throw it in this morning before leaving.  It was delicious.  Super moist, and there's tons left.

We still have a pumpkin pie and a lemon meringue pie.  Plus a few corn muffins and pumpkin bread for breakfast.  We'll all probably still be too full from tonight to eat breakfast.
