...the stinkin' 5k is over.  And we walked the whole thing, so it wasn't that bad.  But AF is being a TOTAL biatch!!  I've never had a flow this heavy (sorry for the tmi), and I didn't even drink any pom juice!  I'm guessing this normal after a m/c?  Is there such a thing as 'normal' after a m/c?

    So sorry my friend- AF is a b^tch!!  There is no normal after m/c- it's hard to accept but it's just the simple truth!  Hope you're having a good turkey day!!
