Lactaid milk

argh I am tired of guests getting upset about me having lactaid milk. It's real milk people! From real cows! Taste like real milk, it's not soy milk, which by the way I think vanilla soy milk taste better than regular milk but whatevs. I just don't buy it anymore because it's not quite right when using it in cooking and baking. So any other lactose intolerant people on the board?

    I'm not, but how rude of your guests to complain!! If they don't like it-- they can go to the store and buy what they like. You are not a hotel/ bed + breakfast/restaurant. Grrrr!

    I am!!!  I use Lactaid milk all the time... DH (who is not lactose intolerant)and I cook with it all the time and he can never tell the difference.    If you are cooking you should be able to use whatever you want!
