    I hope everyone has a GREAT Thanksgiving!   I get to chase around my 5 nephews & 1 niece... well, she won't be hard to catch since she is not crawling yet LOL  But the boys will wear me out!

    Have fun everyone...Being on south beach diet will be hard at t-giving...I am going to offer up the day to the gods of carbs...I may cave but it is only one day...I won't gain 25 lbs back in 1 day!!
