DaVinci vs. Baby Mod?

Im getting DS new furniture after his crib was recalled for the 2nd time! I really fell in love with the DaVinci styles and prices. Then I saw Baby Mod which looks exactly like DaVinci but cheaper. If you have either, what is your take on them? What is your favorite feature, etc.??? Thanks!

From what I understand it's all the same company.  Million Dollar Baby makes Davinci and Baby Mod.  Baby Mod is the version that is sold at Wal-Mart. 

Anyway, we love our Baby Mod Cadence crib.  I feel like it's made well, looks great and it wasn't total pain in the butt to put together!  Plus, you can't beat the price!

We have Baby Mod Parklane. We don't have a LO in it yet, but I love it so far. Sturdy and seems well made, no complaints. Baby Mod is known for having somewhat skimpy directions, but my dh managed just fine.

we got the davinci piedmont which you can find at overstock, amazon, and BRU online for an amazingly discounted price. we ended up ordering it from BRU since it was only 180 on their site, cheaper than both overstock and amazon! its espresso color and we got the changer too. i really like it. love the color, its sturdy and it has a drawer underneath that we can put blankets, etc in. it is made by million dollar baby. the quality seems very good. i haven't looked at baby mod so can't help you there, good luck!
