first and fore most.....I still have a uterus!!!!
The surgery went well, it took about 2 hours. When he got in there he saw that the fibroid was not only inside my uterus, but also had embedded itself in the wall and had grown on the outside of the uterine wall as well. He got everything out and was able to stretch and sew the wall back together. So, now if I do become pregnant again, I have to have a c-section because there is a high chance of uterine rupture.....but I"LL TAKE IT!
I am doing ok, very sore, very tired and I have a sore throat from the intubation, but I feel good and am so glad that it's over and was successful. Thank you for your thoughts and prayers.
