Looking for a stroller...

I am looking for a certain design of a stroller (travel system, I believe) and can't find it! I thought I saw it in a store previously, but have had no luck online. I also checked the Graco and Evenflo websites, thinking it was one of those two brands. Maybe you can help?

It is polka dots... multiple colors: orange, brown, green are the ones I remember. They were filled in, not just circles. I believe the trim was like a moss green. 

Does this sound like anything you are familiar with? Long shot, I know, but just thought I'd check!

I believe it is by safety 1st. My cousin has it.

It think it might be called Dotswana or something like that. I haven't seen it online... only at Target.

I don't know how it is rated as far as Baby Bargains, etc.
