nn for Harrison

I really love the name Harrison but hate the nn Harry. Are there any other nicknames?

  • You could always go the random route and give him a nn that has nothing to do with his actual name.

    One side of my mom's family all go by nicknames. Their nn's have nothing to do with their real names. Weird thing is that their nn's are actual names...not just shortened versions of something else. There are a lot of people who don't even know that they are using a nickname.

  • Harrison is a family name on DH's side so we considered it...I really like the NN Harris.

  • I think Harris is a cute nn. Not a fan of Harry at all. He will get called all sorts of things including Harry Potter.

     My grandpa was like that!  His name was Cedrick and his nn was Mike!Confused

  • just stick to Harrison...no need for a nn for every name out there!
