are there any EF remedies for carpal tunnel?

I'd love to hear of some EF remedies (EBF friendly too, please!) because I want to try some stuff out before going back to see my doc ... I'm having a lot more numbness ...

    There are some essential oils that can help and chiropractic care can also be very helpful.  I can look up the oils if you want.

    I have been having some carpal tunnel symptoms.  Chiropractic has been helping, I think.  I read that accupuncture can help too.

    Carpal Tunnel is actually classified as a nerve disorder so you treat it like any other nerve pain.  I was pretty sure of that but needed to just make sure.

    Some of the suggestions they give for oils are wintergreen, Pan Away, Relieve It, peppermint & lemongrass. 

    Deep Relief is super easy to use and smells divine. I think it could be really helpful here.  I know I use it all the time for my nerve pain.  It also travels easy too.
