My mom is making one as we "speak" and she is reducing 110 inches to make a 14 inch waistband.

thanks my bf and his friend are cutting the strips to make a pink tutu i find it funny haha and someone gave me those bows

For my 4 year old neice, I'm cutting 25 inch long strips.  I'm assuming you'd want it shorter for your LO.  Hold up a strip and get it about waist to knee length, double that number, and add and inch or two for the knot.
