for those of you who had a c-section what exercises did you do when you first started again? i am anxious to get moving again as I was on bed rest for most of the pregnancy...

Leslie Sansone walk at home. I do the two mile walk and it really is a great work out. It is paying off and it's not too intense of an exercise after the surgery. My doc recommened it until I hit 12 weeks pp then I can do more intense of a workout.

I started the 30 day shred after my 6 week appointment. My doctor cleared me for all activity at that time so I went ahead and tried it.
Before that, I walked around the neighborhood.
I started running again at 3 weeks PP and no my doctor had not cleared me yet. I felt up to it and only ran 1-2 miles a day too start.
