SIL in hospital-30 weeks pg

Hey yall - my sil went into the hospital sunday night. she will be 30 weeks tomorrow (with twins!). she has been on bedrest since 24 weeks and started having bad contractions sunday. she is now about 1 cm dialated. What should we expect/what were your experiences (if you dont mind sharing)?We dont really know if she will be in the hospital for a few more weeks, or if the babies will be born soon. They did an us yesterday and they were measuring 2 and a half lbs and a little over 3 lbs, so i know that's pretty good. any advice/words of encouragement you could provide would be awesome! We just want whatever's best for her and the babies. TIA!

I went on hospital bedrest at 30 weeks and delivered at 32 weeks. Mine were 3.4 and 3.12. If she has them anytime within the next 4-5 weeks, I would expect NICU time. Mine spent 31 days there and needed help with breathing and learning how to eat. GL to your SIL!!!

I will most definitely send you an email! She is actually at the Women's Hospital in Greensboro (I live in Gboro now). That's where I will deliver as well. How cool that your dad is from Mocksville! My parents are still there and we go visit alot. Thanks for your help!
