My husband and I were pretty set on Ava Claire for our daughter's name. I'm beginning to think it may not be the "right" name. I'm concerned partially because I've heard Ava is so popular and the popularity thing is kinda getting to me. We also like the names Brooke and Claire. What do you guys think of the name? Our last name is very common: Phillips.
Re: Ugh loved the name now...

Ugh, that's a good vote against it. Anytime you have to hear Boo Bear means it's time to shut it dow.
I don't either but everyone else I know does
Thanks ladies for your insight...maybe we'll just wait and see what she looks like when she's here.
It is a pretty name. This is also how DH and I loved Victoria Marie and after so many people said they would call LO Tori or Vicki then we ended up looking for something else.
I think it's nice. If you love it...keep it in mind. You may look for another name and find that this is the only name for her. ;-)
