Now I know why I don't usually temp during AF

Because those temps are so wacky they look like they're going to throw off the rest of my chart.  I'm *almost* positive I ovulated yesterday due to OPKs, CM, and my temp rise this morning.  However...my temp rise looks the same as temps at the beginning of my cycle!!  97.9+ temps are very "post-o" for me so here's seeing if FF will give me CH if my temps stay high!

Thank you for posting this. It is my first month temping, and my AF temps look similar to yours.. huge ups and downs. I'm hoping they'll chill out a bit now that AF has ended... but who knows.. first month off BCP.

Welcome, and good luck to you!

I usually wait until CD6-8 to track temps since I don't ovulate until CD10-14.  Lesson learned!

So, if you don't track temps until CD 6-8, FF will still have enough info to predict O and give you your CH?  Sorry for invading your thread with my newb questions lol!!

Don't be sorry!  For me FF has enough data....based on my temps, CM, an OPKs.  Since you're just starting charting and it sounds like you want to chart, you might want to track your whole cycle for awhile just to see what it's like.   Good luck!
