My boob hurts

Ya know, in case you were wondering. My left boob hurts on the top, like it's bruised. I don't feel any hard spots and DS has been nursing as usual. Should I be concerned? I want to do my best to stay 12 steps ahead of any problems!

    Mine is sometimes like that at the very beginning of a clogged duct...but I've never really been able to keep it from happening. Maybe a hot pack & massage? Worth a shot.

    Mine have been clogging up like once a week lately. Sucks.

    Usually when I have pain, I've got a hard spot.  So, no advice, but I hope you feel relief soon (sore boobs suck).
