Dorel glider

anyone have the dorel glider and ottoman (frame with separate slipcover) from walmart.com? I want to order this and want to know if it is comfy and if the slipcover fits well. Can I return it if I don't like it to walmart? I think I want the chocolate cover but also considering the beige, I have the migi splash bedding.

I have it and it is VERY comfy.   LOOOVE it!   The slipcover fits quite tight....it is a little tough to get on, but it looks great!

They were out of the beige cover so I ordered the butter (all the reviews online said it was waaaay more khaki than yellow and they were right!).

I am pretty sure you can return it if you dont like it, but some assembly is required...so you might have to take it back apart and put it back in the box to return it....dont know though.

 Also...it is just a rocker...not a glider...in case you didnt know.   And I didnt get the ottoman, our nursery is just TOOOO tiny.

thanks! I went ahead and ordered it with the beige color fingers crossed it looks good with the bedding. After reading the reviews on walmart.com I did see it's a rocker, which is fine. Thanks again~

here is my reply to another post about this rocker, i realize you already ordered so ignore where i wrote about you should order it soon! i really like the beige microfiber, it's so soft! hoping the chocolate one is in stock soon though, i'd like to either have both or decide between the two and then send one back.

 

you can't beat the price. someone else on here recommended it and i'm so glad she did. i love this type of rocker but can't see paying so much for pottery barn! plus the slipcover option is great for spills, etc, or if you have another child, you can order another color. ours looks just like the previous posters picture. we ordered the beige slipcover though but it's very similar to her pic. sorry i don't have a pic yet. i like the microfiber fabric and the beige came in that. its' more of a cream color i would say. when we originally ordered, they didn't have the ottoman frame in stock. it came in stock about a week ago so i ordered it. now i'm thinking i want the chocolate slipcovers so i ordered the chocolate ottoman slipcover and am waiting for the rocker slipcover to show up in stock. that is the only issue i have, is that it's hard to get the colors you want in stock. they just changed it online too and all the reviews got cleared out, but most all were good. i'm telling you it looks like pottery barn for so much less money! when it came in, i couldn't find the seat cushion and panicked but then found it with the hardware inside the bottom of the seat. it was easy to put together, i did it myself, 5 months pregnant. some reviewers said it was not too comfy but it's fine for me, and i'm just going to get a pillow like PP to use behind the small of my back. i love the look so much better than traditional wood frame gliders. also i'm 5'4 tall and i can lay my head back on it. my husband probably not. anyway overall i really like it, you should def get it soon, they sell out of slipcovers almost as soon as they come on and then you might have a wait before they get more. i search the walmart site every day for "dorel", hoping the chocolate cover will come in soon! site to store shipping is free too, we were able to fit the rocker box in the back of our ford escape. good luck!
