It is important that your default picture at least contains yourself.  When you use a picture of, say, your significant other holding a dog, it likely confuses all of your friends.

    That's different.  It's when you have a picture up of a totally different person...that's when I get confused.

    I have another friend who has a ultrasound picture up and that doesn't confuse me.

  • My cousin has a picture that is of her, her mom, her baby, and her grandma, but the way it is cut for the avatar it is of her grandma's face.

  • I have a picture of my kid. I'm a horrible mother like that. AWing my kids all over the interwebs and all.
