I've mentioned before that we really LOVE the name Desmond for a boy, however our last name rhymes with Lemons. It is too Rhyme-y or "Julia Gulia" sounding?  We would probably use the nickname Des.

    No I would say its fine since there is a D at the end, so I think it will be fine!

    I think it's a little rhymey.  I lot of people say Desmond like Desmon and drop the "D" so then it would sound like Desmon Lemons
