Need some help please!

Here is DS's room currently.  He'll be moving across the hall to his big boy room and the funiture will pretty much stay in this room remaining the nursery.  We moved a year after DS was born and we never got around to painting his room again.  We are redecorating the whole nursery minus the furniture.  The picture below is from the doorway.  I am planning on doing the ModPod Pop Monkey for his room.  I was thinking of painting the wall behind his crib a dark brown but I'm worried that his crib will blend in.  Do you think it matters?  As you can see the wall slopes up so it will be a lot of brown.  I plan on hanging green and tan lanterns above the crib and paint some green and tan circles on the wall correlating with the sheets.  The other walls will be green.  Also, do you think it will look to broken up having that wall be brown?  Do you think I should perhaps paint the wall on the right that doesn't slop up brown?

I would paint the wall his crib is on green and the other walls brown.

I would do the wall green and use the dark brown on another wall or just use it as a decorative accent color.
