Isn't it funny when LO tries to tell you something with the body language & you just know what it is. I give her  the nightime bottle and lay her down in bed between me & DH and he wants to play with her a little but she just keeps turning & looking up at me & twisting her head upwards &opening her mouth. Too funny. I know she then wants the boobie. She likes to fall asleep at the boob.

I've only just begun to really understand Aaron's body language. He makes "Mr. Burns hands" (The Simpsons) when hungry.  His eyes glaze over and he squirms when tired. I FINALLY realized he needs a nap (even a short one) about 1 hour after a bottle.

My boy squirms, sticks his tongue out and holds his breath when he's having a poo and does the standard sticking his fist in his mouth when he's hungry. He's only just recently started rubbing his eyes when he's tired.

Maddie does the baby bird -mouth WIDE open and this growl/squeak - when she's hungry.  She also holds her legs out straight, sticks out her tongue and wrinkles up her forehead when it's poop time.  We are so enjoying "reading" her actions and facial expressions.

When Orchid is nursing and trying to sleep, but i am talking to someone in the room, she growls kind of loudly and swings her arm and gives me the irritated "do you mind?!" look. sooooo funny! We've also discovered that she has her daddy's jealousy...when he kisses me she gets fussy, throws herself into my face, put her hands on both sides of my face and gives me giant open mouth baby slobber kisses - i love it!
