What are your workout plans for the weekend? Since DH doesn't work the weekends I'm planning on getting out both days for some me time. Perhaps a run on Saturday and weights/cardio on Sunday.
3.4 mile run this morning with my running club.
3 - 6 mile trail run (slow) with the same group on Sunday...provided it doesn't rain
