Anyone in JC/Hoboken/North Jersey?

Hey guys --

I haven't posted on this board much, but wondering if any of you guys are in the Jersey City or Hoboken area and know if there are new moms groups or would like to start one?

I'm expecting my first in February -- it's a girl -- and was thinking of taking some pre-natal yoga classes, etc. But it would be nice to get to know some other moms in the area.

If you're in Hoboken, check out Hoboken prenatal. They do prenatal massages there. Request Veronica. She is the most amazing therapist out there! and an fyi: she's due in feb too with her third boy. :-)

Hi. I am in Jersey City. I have also been thinking about taking a class for yoga or pilates. I am due in April with our first. It's a boy. A new moms group would be great. I would join!

Hi - I'm in JC as well, due in April with our first. I'm in the downtown area, near Grove St PATH station. I have been thinking about going to pre-natal yoga at Yoga Shunya on Grove St. They have a pre-natal class on Saturdays -- but so far I haven't been motivated to go. I'd love to meet other new moms in the area!

On another topic... I'll be going back to work about 3 months after I have the baby and we're looking for daycare. Anyone have any suggestions for JC/Hoboken area day care?

i'm in hoboken. took a prenatal yoga class last week at devotion yoga (downtown). i think i'll go again soon.

I am in downtown JC too. I may check out the pre natal classes at Yoga Shunya or Devotion this weekend.
