I'm looking for a good stroller and would love some recommendations. I currently have an infant seat by Baby Trend that can be snapped into a stroller frame. My DS may be growing out of this soon so I wanted to start researching strollers now. TIA!
What is your budget? How will you be using the stroller (outdoors, indoors)? Does weight matter as much (i.e. lives in garage vs in and out of a car)? Must have features - bumper bar, large basket, umbrella type of fold? Will you be traveling by plane with it?
Take a look at the Peg Perego Si. We finally decided on the Si and are very happy with it! It's an umbrella stroller, but unusual because: 1) the seat will recline flat, meaning it can be used with an infant; 2) it can accommodate any type of infant carrier (not just Peg Perego brand); 3) it's super easy to fold and doesn't take up much space; 4) when you fold it, it stands up on its own, meaning it doesn't get wet on the ground, 5) it's pretty small yet will accommodate from an infant to around 45 or 50 pounds.
I have the peg perego pliko. I haven't used it yet, but I like how it "drove" in the stores. It was easy to fold and also had the child tray which was a want for me, but it can also be removed if I do not need it. I heard great things about it.
A lot of years and a million tears finally led me to you.
After 7 years trying to concieve, 3 failed IUIs and 2 failed IVFs, my third IVF was a success!
My Christmas baby turned into a turkey bird! Dillon Richard was born at 34 weeks, 5 days on November 28, 2009 after 10 weeks on bedrest for preeclampsia.

I like taking my LO around the neighbor for fresh air. I'd also like to see if there was one that good in the winter months. Is a bumper bar something he could lean on? If so, the answer is yes.
I'm open with the budget. I'd see this as an investment. I would be using this stroller out doors for the most part. No travel by plane yet but curious as to what you can bring by plane.
I have an easy walker sky pricy but I got a really good deal on it on mammabargains.com $330 more than I wanted to spend but it came with a bassinett, it's a jogger/stroller, the car seat snaps on (graco snugride or the combi) with adapter clips, mosquito cover, rain cover. It's lightweight and folds flat easily. It retails for like $700 with all that so I think I got a good deal and it will be worth it. Keep your eyes peeled on mammabargains.com some days they have really kick butt deals
