OK ok ok. Who is taking the boys this weekend?? I think a few boogies does NOT mean he has to stay home!! Mama needs her TIME OFF!!

I hope they are staying with someone who will not be phased by a few boogies and a cough! Pack your motrin and a box of tissues, kiss your babes and send them on their way )

My mom is taking them.  She's a nurse, so she doesn't care if they're sick.  I could always pretend like its the first time I heard him cough if he does it once we get there, right?

We are bar hopping tonight.  We moved here a year ago and have still not hit downtown.  Everytime we go by, my DH and I both wave to the bars and say how one day we'll get there.  So tonight, we are going to take care of that.

Tomorrow, we are going to paint a mural in Sam's room and then go out to dinner that night.  My girlfriend, who is my favorite party buddy from back in the day, is coming over with a new boyfriend.  So, if he is not super lame like all the other guys she brings over, maybe we'll get them to stay and hang out for a while. 

Oh, and I am dropping the boys off at my mom's and shopping for a few hours by myself.  I can't wait for that.

Sorry, I am going on and on and you have been trapped inside for two weeks!  If it makes you feel better, this is the first time we are childfree since Sam was born.  My mom took the boys when Chris was in Mexico, so he missed it.

My MIL who normally annoys the crap out of took Michelle for the weekend.  Actually its a yearly thing when hunting season opens....dh goes down there and stays with his mom and he brings Michelle with him.

However Michelle is sick with double pink eye and nasty thick green snotty nose & a cough.  That didnt bother my MIL at all.  So I dropped her off yesterday afternoon and its been pure heaven ever since lol.

Unfortunately I feel like crap myself

MH and I have date night next weekend (Saturday) and Dec 5th (sleep over with my parents) we're going to a Bruins game in Boston. Hey, I cannot complain! MH and I are heading to Mexico in just over 4 motnhs for a week WITHOUT the guys!!

 

I cannot wait to hear all about it!
