What if I overfill the jug? (pee-related)

I know this hardly seems possible, but after all, I'm a pregnant lady, right?  I pee more than most.  And I drink a ton of water.  I'm genuinely getting worried that I might have more pee than will fit in my giant orange jug.

I wondered the same thing   And, esp. since I was working on my water intake, I thought for sure that I would!  Nope, not even half way   You'll be fine!

I didn't even come close, but if you think you might, ask the doctor's office or pharmacy for another jug.

You should be fine - I didn't come close to filling the container!

I worried about the same thing, but looked a the jug size and said, no way...But in the end I got pretty close to full. I was really shocked at how much pee I eliminated in a 24 hr period (and so was DH!)

I have to fill a jug too. I start Sunday. Good to know I won't overfill the thing

They give you another!! I had to be in the hospital for my 24 hour test.  I filled THREE!

Ha I worried of that too and I never got close and I have done 4 of them so far.

I started to overfill mine after office hours, so I went to Walgreens and got the little urinals that you see at the hospital.  I could have filled 1 1/2 of the jugs they gave for the urine test.  I was super embarrassed by the amount of urine, but it didn't seem to phase the lab tech at all.  I guess it's pretty common.

You have to collect it all, you can use a sterilized glass jar if need be.
