Where do you buy shoes for DC?

Oakley only has one pair of sneakers.   I want to get him some boots and another pair of sneakers for Christmas...I'm such a bad shopper nowadays since we never have any money. Where's the best place for deals on toddler shoes?

Joseph's feet grow too fast. I can't justify $10-20 on shoes he'll wear less than a month. I get his shoes at Kid to Kid and have yet to pay more than $4, usually $2.

He's also gotten a couple on really deep discount at Walmart if I see them while I'm there, but I never set out to buy shoes there. I've looked for them at Kmart and Target, and have never seen them on sale enough to tempt me at all.

I bought the last pair at Walmart.  You can also check consignment and ask around for hand me downs.  My SIL just gave boys dress shoes to last the next 10 years.

Ian's Chuck Taylors came from Zappos.com.  I think they were $30, plus shipping was free.

Target with their clearance at 70% off around Christmas time. I got about 15 pairs of shoes for $30. I refuse to pay full price for something that only lasts a few months...
