You might want to think about a little ham if you have anyone who doesn't like turkey. My dad doesn't really like turkey so we always have a small ham too. Have you thought about desserts or are there other family members pitching in to help with that? We always have a veggie tray and dip out for snacking while dinner is being made. There is always holiday cookies and crakers too for snacking.

All of this! I'm not sure when you when you have your big meal, but we typically have it for lunch and then the family stays all day. We usually have sandwiches for a casual dinner with the left over turkey and ham, so you may want to have bread and mayo (or whatever toppings you like) to have that option open, too. Otherwise it all looks good!
I would just add a salad and some pumpkin pie and you should be good to go. My family is Italian, so we always have Spaghetti/Rigatonis with my Dad's homemade sauce as well. My mom also makes Spinach Dip with Pumpernickel Bread to snack on before or after we eat. Yum, I cannot wait until Thanksgiving. I have been craving Thanksgiving dinner for months now! One more week to go!!

I was going to add:
-Sweet potatoes
-Pumpkin pie
-Another vegetable and/or salad (maybe your peeps don't like veggies but we always have 2-3 vegetable dishes at Christmas/Thanksgiving!)
