NMS. It's soulds like "Jailin'"... like being in jail.
Sometimes mixed names that honor two people work, but many times they don't. This one just sounds off. I would say just pick a name you love, often creative attempts to combine names come off as corny.

I'm not a fan of combinding mom & dad's name to make up a name for baby. Jaylin seems a little too made up for my taste.
