The pads come with an anchor to nail into the back of the dresser. We're also putting some of that rubber non-skid carpet padding underneath the changer to help keep it from slipping.

I got a sealy changing pad from BRU and it has a grip bottom along with anchors to attach on the back of the dresser.
A lot of years and a million tears finally led me to you.

My Christmas baby turned into a turkey bird! Dillon Richard was born at 34 weeks, 5 days on November 28, 2009 after 10 weeks on bedrest for preeclampsia.

The one I had with ds had a non-slip bottom and that was all I used but, I NEVER left him alone in it and when he got big enough to start fighting me on diaper changes I just stopped using it and changed him on a pad on the floor.

This. I could have nailed into the wall but didn't need to.

DD's pad had straps and a grippy back to it, but we never anchored the pad b/c we never left her alone on it. Since she was able to wiggle and roll, she's only been changed on the floor, a bed, or an ottoman, with hands on 100% of the time.
Screwed it to the back of the dresser like pps- I specifically registered for one at BRU that had 2 of the anchor strips vs just 1 b/c I thought it would be more stable. I don't leave them alone on it either but I like feeling like it won't move around while I'm changing them regardless.
