BUMMED: H1N1 related

I went in to get a blood draw for my sequential screening today at the same location that will do the BIG ultrasound in two weeks.  There is a large posting up on their door that no child under 15 will be allowed in the lobby or exam rooms due to the H1N1 virus.  I guess this means that my DD won't be seeing her baby brother or sister on the TV.  I'm so bummed; I was really looking forward to her going with DH and myself for this experience. Oh, well.

When i got my reminder call about my appoitnmetn today they said to try to come alone, but my u/s is today and we have had flu shots. After a loss before i will not be going in there alond. DD is only 2 but we live in a different state than our family so we have no one to watch her so she will have to come with us

This???  And I totally understand why.  I wouldn't want to get sick from going to the OB.

Call and ask if they will record the ultrasound. Some places do if you bring in the cd or whatever. Thataway your DD may be able to see it at home. Just call first, because some places do and some dont.
