3 mo old waking up from sleep shrieking...?

this has just started in the last day or 2, anyone know what can cause this? i think night terrors are in older kids & she calms down quickly when picked up but youd think someone was torturing her... happens at naptime & night sleeping...she does have reflux but has for awhile so i'm not sure this is associated...

    What meds is she on for reflux?  If it's Zantac she may need to up her dose because it's based on weight.

    Could she have an ear infection?  Mine do this when they have an EI.

    She's on prevacid & we're actually waiting on a GI referral for her b/c she still cries alot during & after feedings :(.

    the blood curdling screams seem to be limited to sleep time & rarely other times so I don't think it is an EI but that is good to keep in mind!!! If it continues I guess I'll call the pedi...
