RP from Photography: I need help with Photoshop Elements

I just want to cut Logan out and put him on a solid background. Can someone please explain to me how to do this? I just know it's going to be something easy- LOL.

    I figured it out- I knew it would be too easy... and I did it without the Photography Board's help...b/c someone told me it wouldn't be as seamless as I thought...and it was- oh well :)
