Ovulation Predictor

Has anyone used the Clear Blue ovualtion predictor? I was just wondering to see how accurate they are and/or if anyone has been successful in using them?

I knwo several people who have had great success using the ClearBlue fertility monitor and the First Response Ovulation tests (which of course, are the much cheaper route.) One friend used the FROT in her first cycle and got her BFP that first cycle.

The fertility monitor  was definitely helpful for me.  I found it to be more accurate than OPK's alone.  I used it along with charting too.  GL!

YES! I used it when i got pg with my dc. 1st try! I then passed it to a friend who was trying for 3 years. She got pg second time using it. Passed it to another friend, and that's when she realized she was having issues, she went to a fertility doc. They said she had closed ovaries and she was gonna go thru IVF. She gotpg on her own (they think one of the proceedures might have opened them) the month before she was about to start.

I just got it back from my friend b/c we are trying for number 2. We've been trying for months now with no luck. I still have a week to go to test but I think I'm having symptoms (got sick last night and some others too I think I'm feeling) Could be in my head, or just regular hormones though too...only time will tell.

If you check on ebay you can get a new one for 100 bucks.

GL! Def worth it. Just think how you'll save on pg tests to justify the costs.

Oh and also rec stocking up on dollar store pg tests.

I was asking b/c I took on that said I was ovualting...however about an 1 hour later i took another one, and it said i was not??? I drink alot of water however i doubt that has any impact??  Or does it?

opps never mind, i was talking about the fertility monitor. i never used their OPKs. I used CVS ones a few months ago and I had trouble reading them. The monitor is so easy to use, highly recommend it!
