Thanks so much for responding to my post below. Just wondering... do you think it would help to keep him home from school during the day? He seems so happy that we keep sending him (and the pedi okayed it today), but I hate to just prolong this if that's what we're doing.

Just wondering what your thoughts are on this. And thanks again for suggesting keeping his window open. It helped SO much last night and is already helping now.

    I did keep dd home all last week but her school had 60+ kids out absent (220 total at the school).  She was coughing all day last week though so it wasn't a good idea for her to go. Today she went to school and was fine until late afternoon and she coughed a bit.  I'd send him if he's ok during the day and he's playing, etc. I'm glad the open window helped, it was cold enough with it last week to really help dd. I'm in MA too, btw.

    I noticed you're in MA. Yeah, luckily it's cool enough at night to really help out now. Thanks again for your thoughts.
