Is this a phase or am I in trouble?

DS is obsessed with the computer- every time we walk by it or he sees it he points and cries if I don't let him see something (usually youtube).  DH and I can't be on the computer at all when DS is around or he goes insane.  We are actually thinking about putting it away for now (it's a laptop). He could care less about the TV- doesn't ask for that to be on.  This past weekend it has gotten more ridiculous to the point where we had to move his toys out of one room and keep him out of the computer area all together.  Is anyone else having this issue?  It seemed cute at 6 months when he would dance to elmo on youtube- not cute anymore!

DS cousin is the same way! He spends most his day winning at the lap top for his mom to play Madagascar's "Move it Move it" song on UTube. He loves it and goes nuts every time she plays it.

Yeah, it is incredibly annoying!

DD freaks out whenever we play music because she thinks we are on YouTube.  She LOVES the "Single Ladies" video and wants us to play it over and over.  Also, if I leave my laptop open she will try to get to it and/or pull the keys off.

DS loves the computer and the min you turn on our laptop he goes running over to it. This morning he was all smiles when he saw my laptop bag for work..its crazy. He loves watching Moose A Moose videos on You Tube.

I was actually hoping a CD would help solve the problem so we can just play music in the background while he plays instead of sitting at the computer.
