I was just told I have a crazy amount of food allergies and I'm having to get all new recipes. I love to cook and bake so I'm wondering if any of you have any good gluten free recipes but also without rice flour (rice allergy too). Thanks!
I don't have any recipes, but do you have Celiac Disease? My mom has it...she can't eat any gluten. There are actually a LOT of pre-packaged foods now that are gluten free. A lot of packages are labeled now with that information. I'm sorry you have the allergies. From what I've seen with my mom it's a pain, but once you get used to living gluten-free you get used to it.

Thanks, I've been shopping at our Whole Foods which is a natural and organic grocery store and they have a Gluten Free section its just almost all of that stuff is made with rice flour too. I've been writing down which foods I have tried and liked so I know to get them next time I'm at the store.
They told me I'm gluten sensitive so I should stay away from it because it was making me sick. So no they didn't diagnose me with Celiac just told me to stay away from it if I want to feel better.
Do a search for Specific Carbohydrate diet and you will finds tons of recipes. Also you can substitute almond flour for regular in most recipes.
