should i wake her up to take her temp?

DD- age 6.5 months- had a temp of 103.2 when I put her to bed at 1030. I gave her tylenol  then. Im interested if her temp is still so high, but she's sleeping...should i let her go or take it again?

I would.  When I did dd''s I was able to do it while she stayed asleep.  If it was still high I took it every few hrs.
